Sustainable innovation at its core

Alison Eager Dancewear is founded on the ethos of our promise to you, our customers, to ensure each material, process and element of our business is ethically and Eco conscious!  We are committed to innovation and continuously striving to evolve to being more sustainable, kinder to the environment and the people we work with day by day!

Working with a UK based highly skilled seamstress and choosing to work with a local UK fabric manufacturer to source and digitally print our fabric in the one location significantly reduces our carbon emissions.

Consciously keeping collections small, we are focused on creating pieces that will last a lifetime. At Alison Eager Dancewear we understand that every piece made has an impact on the environment so our dancewear strives to feature as much recycled fabrics and materials as possible. As technology advances we aim to be using 100% recycled/sustainable fabrics and materials in the near future.

No animal testing. All products are 100% vegan.

Georgette chiffon

The Ballet skirts are made of Georgette chiffon, it is incredibly durable and will last a life time of wear, even possibly passed down the generations as an heirloom piece. We are striving to find the next innovation of recycled material to use in our skirts and will ensure we are the first to bring it to the market once it does!

Packaging

Our packaging is currently 100% recyclable and 100% compostable to avoid harming the environment.

Our skirt bag protective liners may look like plastic but they are not! They are in fact 100% compostable in your garden compost bin, or your household food waste bin, breaking down in just 3-4 weeks!

Our beautifully designed tissue paper and stickers use soy-based ink and are printed on acid-free FSC® certified paper.
